Hi! I'm Veronica. I truly believe you have control over your heart disease. I help heart disease survivors strengthen their heart by increasing their confidence in choosing foods with online, accessible, evidenced-based information.

  • Veronica has been a Registered Dietitian since 2010. Very soon after becoming a dietitian, she was given the opportunity to work with individuals living with heart disease and diabetes.
